JR Planas is the Operations Manager at Cassady Wealth & Retirement Planning, LLC. Before stepping into his current position, JR was a dedicated insurance and financial advisor, organizational development manager, business consultant, non-profit administrator, and ministry leader.

Combined with his hands-on experience in financial services, non-profits, and various industries, he provides Cassady Wealth with a unique perspective on managing the intricacies of both financial planning and business operations. JR loves working with all team members to support and optimize the firm’s success.

JR and Jason both served at The Crossing Christian Church, in different capacities and at separate times, a fact unknown within our firm until JR joined Cassady Wealth. This unexpected discovery highlights the shared values present among many of our team members.
JR loves to explore the outdoors on foot, on horseback, or by watercraft.
He enjoys great food from all the world’s cuisines and capturing the world around him in photographs.
He loves to travel to different cities and visit national parks.
